AHA BHA Exfoliating Peel


The Latin word exfoliate means to remove the dead leaves. Alpha-hydroxy acids and beta-hydroxy acids exfoliate dead surface skin cells. Once shed, glowing skin is revealed and cellular growth is stimulated. AHA brightens and smooths fine lines, while the BHA clears and refines pores. Our vegan formulation of low pH acids is from 100% botanical sources. Each ingredient is selected and blended with science and artistry, so you can enjoy smooth refreshed skin.

Our botanical AHA BHA peel is composed of naturally derived glycolic, malic and lactic acids. Bilberries, sugar cane, orange, lemon, sugar maple and prickly pear plants supply the alpha-hydroxy acids; white willow bark provides the beta-hydroxy acid. These acids are beautifully blended in an aloe vera and hyaluronic acid base. The resulting pH is: 3.5 – 3.75 and each bottle contains .5fl oz/ 15ml.

To apply, use the enclosed fan brush to spread a thin layer of gel evenly over neck, décolleté, and face. Leave on for up -to 10 minutes, remove gently with a damp washcloth. Some tingling is normal; minor redness or warmth may remain for up to one hour. Follow with LS.Topaz Botanical Facial Oil. Use once every 2–3 weeks.

water (aqua), aloe vera (aloe barbadensis leaf juice), white willow bark (salix alba bark extract), fruit acid mix (water & vaccinium myrtillus fruit/leaf extract & saccharum officinarum extract & citrus aurantium dulcis fruit extract & citrus limon fruit extract & acer saccharum extract), prickly pear (hydrolyzed opuntia ficus-indica flower extract), glycerin (vegetable glycerine), malic acid, lactic acid, sodium lactate (sodium salt of lactic acid), glycolic acid, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), hyaluronic acid, preservative eco (benzyl alcohol & salicylic acid & glycerin & sorbic acid), xanthan gum.

Caution:
Please do not apply near eyes. Do not allow product to drip/ leak into eye(s). Should this happen, flush eye(s) immediately with cool/fresh water for 15 minutes and consult a physician. Even natural botanical products can cause skin reactions, so be sure to test this product on a small skin patch prior to extensive use, and stop use if a rash, excessive burning, blisters, pealing and/ or prolonged redness occurs.
